You may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded within five business days.

Easy returns in three simple steps

Step 1: Complete the return form

Download the return form here and complete it in full.

Step 2: Send back your order

Send the items together with the completed return form to the address stated on the return form.
Please ensure that your return shipment includes a Track & Trace code.
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. This helps avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund

Once we have received your return package, we will process your refund and ensure that the purchase amount is transferred back to your bank account within five business days.
