Question: When can I expect my order?

The average delivery time is 5–10 business days. Our products are shipped directly from our supplier to you. Thanks to this efficient business model, we save on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer competitive prices and cover the shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer:
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Occasionally, delays may occur during the shipping process.

If you haven’t received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact our customer support team.
Question: I’m missing items from my order. How is that possible?
Answer:
We work with multiple suppliers, which means items from the same order may be shipped separately. If some products are missing, they are usually delivered within 2–3 additional days.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer:
We offer free shipping on all orders.

Returns & Exchanges
Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer:
Yes. You may return any order within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Question: How do I return an item?
Answer:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returned products must:

Be in original condition

Include all labels and tags

Show no signs of use
All return shipments must include a Track & Trace code.
The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days.

Question: My Track & Trace code shows no information. Why is that?
Answer:
Track & Trace information becomes available once your parcel has been processed by the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay before tracking updates appear.
